Vittorio's Sons
None of Vittorio’s sons inherited their father pioneering spirit; however the beef business fascinated Albino, Vittorio’s future son in law. His dream, in addition to commercializing meat, was to produce it.
This way, the first meat packing Company was born on Via Caltana in Villanova, and constantly there in a room close to his home family room decorated with a table, a large wooden block and a steelyard balance, Albino received his clients.
As a result, together with the new activity he succeeded in creating a little business turnover.
Right after the Second War he opened his butcher shop: a tiny place on the porch of the most famous trattoria in town.
Zeno, the eighty two years old son of Albino, still proudly remembers: it was the first butcher’s shop in Villanova.
From that moment on, his certified activity started in a specific environment appropriate to beef commercialization.
