This is the modern COM.PA, born in the last decades of Eighteen Century thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of nonno Vittorio. It was he to decide the transfer from the countryside to downtown, to the slaughterhouse environment.
The need to feed his large family and a natural talent for business led him to meet slaughterers, agents and traders, and interweave with their proficient commercial relations.
