The D. 196/2003 ("Code for personal data protection") provides the protection of people and other subjects regarding the use of personal data.
The mentioned norm understands the use of data as "each procedure or group of procedures carried out also without the help of electronic instruments concerning collecting, registering, organizing, maintaining, elaborating, modification, selection, extraction, comparing, utilization, interconnection, obstruction, communication, diffusion, canceling and distribution of data notwithstanding they are stored in a databank ".

The undersigned COMPA srl, as the Holder of use regarding the establishment and possible execution of contractual events, informs that the data, regarded by the law as personal, directly given by you through the compilation of this module, are essentially inherent to identifying data such as name, family name, social corporate name, home office, telephone and fax number, electronic postal coordinates, website address etc.

The Holder also understands that the data you presented are sound and true. The communication of untrue or incorrect data is subject to the sanctions of law. The Holder shall not be liable in any way in case the presented data are not true or sound.
The Holder does not posses nor intends to purchase any of your data considered sensible or of legal nature according to Art. 4, item 1, from the D. n. 196/2003.
According to the Article 13 of the foregoing Decree, we inform the following:

• The finalities for which your personal data shall be used are intended for commercial communications specifically requested regarding products or services.

•Your personal data will be used in printed, computerized and telemetric form according to the law in order to grant your privacy and security as well as correctness, updating, and pertinence of the same data regarding the stated purpose.

• The use of personal data is strictly functional in order to provide services or commercial communication inherent to this request. The lack of consensus in using the personal data shall determine the impossibility of the Holder to provide the foregoing services or commercial communication.

• Any communication via electronic mail and telefax in order to send advertising or direct sale material or to carry out market surveys not strictly inherent to this request of contact shall be approved according to your previous expressed agreement.
The denial of such consensus does not establish the impossibility of the Holder to provide probable services or commercial communication as cited on the previous item. Settled the communications conducted to complete the provided obligations of law, communitarian rules or norms, if the commercial occurrence should have continuity, the data can be made public in Italy to the following persons and groups:
• Carriers or postal services in case of sending printed material specifically requested.

• Such categories shall use the data to the same above mentioned purposes, as autonomous owners. You may see the list of persons allowed to receive your data at the Responsible for Use office.

• Releasing of personal data is not expected, and such is regarded as releasing them to unspecified persons in any way, even if such data are free to be seen or consulted. People allowed to deal with the personal data as Responsible and/or in charge or using are:
• Commercial department staff.

Data shall be used during the contract period, and also successively in order to accomplish all legal performances and for commercial purposes.

Concerning such data you may exercise the rights established by Art. 7 of D. n. 196/2003 within the limits and conditions established by Articles 8, 9 e 10 of the mentioned Decree.
Particularly, by requesting and attaining the authentication of its existence by the Holder of your personal data, and such data, nonetheless not registered, must be shown to you on an intelligible way; knowing the origin of such data, their logic and purpose on which is based the use; canceling or changing them to anonymous form, blocking any data used against the law, rectifying and integrating the same data. You may also oppose, in legal motivation, to their use in whole or in part.
On behalf of your rights, as well as of any further detailed information regarding the subjects or group of subjects to whom your data are released or they may know as Responsible and/or in charge, you may take the same request to the following Responsible of Use.
